Non-License Asbestos Removal training
Regulation 10 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 requires employers to ensure that adequate information, instruction and training is given to their employees who are liable to be exposed to asbestos or who supervise such employees. This training course is designed to instruct delegates how to work on or adjacently to asbestos containing materials of a type not requiring an HSE license. All works are shown to meet the HSE’s Asbestos Essentials Task Manual HSG 210. The Task manual refers to a range of equipment and methods that must be followed in order to make sure that work is done safely and it is recognised by enforcement agencies as a guide to good practice. The TASC training module is designed to help employers meet the above requirement by explaining the effects of asbestos on the health of individuals, the types and uses of material likely to contain asbestos fibre, the location of these materials in buildings, and the procedures for the minimising the risk through safe handling, management and disposal. In addition to this content delegate specific modules will be designed based on your requirements and the type of non-licensed work that is carried out.
