Facility Hire
TASC training centre offers the choice of two training and meeting suites which are perfect for companies who are looking to utilise professional, purpose designed training and meeting rooms in a convenient, accessible and pleasing location.
Out stylish and modern facilities are set out in to two buildings, we have the main office building (the Bungalow) which has our reception area, a refectory with tea and coffee making facilities, fresh chilled water, a vending machine and Sky TV. The meeting room in the Bungalow can seat up to 11 people and utilises a 42” plasma screen.
Adjacent to our main office we have our main meeting / training room (the Barn) which can seat up to 30 people. The Barn is fully air conditioned offering the latest audio visual equipment and has a ceiling mounted overhead projection system to ensure your meeting, seminar or training programme has every required facility conveniently on hand when you need it.
Internet access via broadband is available, lap tops can be plugged into both rooms for your presentation needs.
Admin Services
We have a photocopier and fax machine in reception which is available for use if needed.
Main Meeting Room (The Barn)
Will comfortably seat 15 persons around tables and seat 30 persons theatre style (no tables).
Room Hire per day:
08:30 am – 5:00pm £185.00 ex VAT
Small Meeting Room (The Bungalow)
Will comfortably seat 8 persons around tables and 12 persons theatre style (no tables).
Room Hire per day:
08:30am – 5:00pm £100.00 ex VAT
Lunches
We have a selection of hot and cold buffets available - buffets start from £6.50 per head.
We have various menus to cater for your meeting available upon request.
Lunches are served in our refectory where you can relax, watch TV and read the papers.
We also have a vending machine should you wish to use it.
Coffee / Tea
Can be served anytime and often as you wish during your stay, Please advise our Administration manager your requirements.
Coffee per Pot (Approx 12-15 cups) - £8.00 ex VAT
Tea per Pot (Approx 12-15 cups) - £8.00 ex VAT
Special Events
For the time when you require something different we are able to offer our assistance in planning and making your day have that extra special touch.
Why not treat your clients and colleagues to the Concorde tours at the airport? - Tours and travel will be fully arranged by us.
Why not utilise our extensive gardens to hold a garden party with a marquee, enjoy a Hog roast buffet for that special product launch?
